The DC7 GROUP were delighted to welcome Stuart Haden – Coffee Expert from JDE Professional UK to undertake a Barista Masterclass to develop Coffee and Barista Knowledge, understanding and skills for customers and Employees. Stuart with over three decades of coffee experience and knowledge carried out the masterclass covering origins of the coffee bean, different levels of barista training and producing a menu of different coffee drinks, as well as milk technique and Latte Art. All students and employees were presented with a certificate on completion of the course.
